Return and Replacement Policy

At Mine Galleria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products in perfect condition. Here's our return and replacement policy to address any concerns you may have:

Return Policy Overview:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we provide a customer-friendly 1-day free replacement warranty on defective or damaged products.

Opening Video Encouraged: We encourage customers to create an opening video while unboxing their parcel. This helps expedite the replacement process in case of any issues.

Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please take photos or videos and email us at info@minegalleria.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace your purchase after confirmation.

Replacement Window: Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. We cannot replace broken or damaged products after this timeframe. However, a 7-day free replacement warranty is applicable for thread breakage or fraying.

Accepted Replacement Reasons:

Wrong Product Sent: If the wrong product was sent against the ordered one.

Product Damaged in Transit: If the product received by the customer was damaged during shipping.

Non-Entertainment of Replacement Under the Following Reasons:

    • Customer dissatisfaction with the product.
    • Perceived low quality or belief that the product is fake.
    • Customer finding the product cheaper elsewhere after purchase.
    • Purchase made during a sale or with a discount coupon.
    • Minor color deviations due to lighting conditions.
    • Accessories and props used for showcasing.
    • Natural fading or changes in shine for stainless steel products.
    • Customized products.

Shipping Costs on Replacement and Repairs:

1. We will arrange return pick-up for damaged products and bear the shipping cost for both sending the product back to us and delivering the replacement.

2. For the 7-day re-fixing policy, the customer will bear the cost of sending the product to us, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired product.

Refunds:

1. Refunds are applicable in cases where the product is out of stock, PIN code service is unavailable, or the product cannot be replaced.

2. Refund requests must be made before shipping and within two hours of order placement for prepaid orders.

3. Once we receive your returned package, products will be examined, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Mine Galleria. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order
