How To Wear: Wear the bracelet on your dominant wrist.

Recharge: The best way to do that is to keep them in a place that gets moonlight, overnight. You can also put the crystal in salt for at least 15-20 minutes on normal nights. On full moon nights let it sit in salt overnight.

We Ship the product same day before 3pm (excluding weekends and holidays).

Prepaid Orders: are sent on priority. Our Standard delivery time for prepaid orders is 2-3 days(In remote area there may be some delay 1 or 2 days due to logistic problem).

COD Orders:

1. COD order dispatched next day before 3pm(excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Our standard delivery time is 5-6 days.

3. Remote areas and villages are not in COD coverage by our premium logistic partners most of time. If available it may take up to 10-14 days.

The guidelines for COD Shipments:

1. Order value below Rs. 5,000/-

2. Complete address with house no., road name, area name, near landmark and correct pin code.

3. Previous non delivered order can not be shipped again on COD until customer make prepayment.

4. COD orders will not proceed by our team until we confirm the order and address on call. If customer is not responding of our call then we will not proceed after two attempts of not able to reach him or her.

Our crystal products are handcrafted and hence may have minor imperfections that should not be misconstrued as flaws. All the Crystals, Quartz, Stones & Rudraksha have some lines, cracks, minor breakage or spots which are not possible to remove. They are naturally occurring and are part of the product.

In case of bracelets, the bead count will vary depending on the size. The bead sequence can also be different than the photo shown on the website.

• Remove the bracelet while taking a shower.
• Avoid contact with water or harsh chemicals like deodorant, moisturizers etc.
• The metal or copper used in bracelets may lose its color over time. Avoid soaking it in water.
• Bracelet is made of elastic hence avoid excessive pressure. Choose the correct size.
• Crystals are fragile, handle with care.
